Hi. First of all, kudos to you for the VFS cache - it's really brilliant. I have one request though.

For a little background, as of now I'm using the following settings:

Now that we have a minimum of go1.16 set, we can use go's embed functionality to embed templates/web assets (css/js), and translations.

When you run gh pr view, for example, we will look up the current branch and display the latest PR that has it as its head branch. We do this even for closed PRs so that operations like gh pr view and gh pr reopen can work.

When a user uninstall an existing plugin and install same plugin from market then by click on the config user can see that its enable but in real time its disable. its showing wrong setting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Remove e.g.the GitHub plugin.
2. From the Marketplace, install the GitHub plugin. (sometime i have to click 2 times on install button from the market)
3. Click on the Config and user
