If a large download fails using curl it does not cause a fatal error instead it simply carries on.

It is worth checking how all downloads handle when failing to ensure they cause a fatal exit.
To Reproduce
Use a game server that is non-steam and cause the download to fail

- I have searched the existing issues before opening this issue.
Current Behavior
If you reinstall a server and then go to file manager, click create new directory, there will be a green bar that the server has begun reinstalation. It is just a little visual bug, nothing serious. After refreshing the page, it goes away.
