What part of OPA would you like to see improved?

Currently looking at a policy where it would be useful to get all the indexes of a specific substring or character from a string.

when running Datree's pre-commit, there is no ("native") way to pass the account token to the docker image

A way to inject the account token from the pre-commit config

pass the account token as env variable to the docker image

Currently they rely on downloading lookup data over the internet; we should change them so that they either load it from a local file, or create a local server that serves the data over HTTP.

What are fetch providers?

FetchProviders are the components OPAL uses to fetch data from sources on demand.

Fetch providers are designed to be extendable, and you can easily create more fetch providers to enable OPAL to fetch data from your own unique sources (e.g. a SaaS service, a new DB, your own proprietary solution, ...)
