Since we also expose the Skia-bindings for a Canvas-like API I think it might be a good idea to start refactoring the API to utilise more named arguments e.g. ~x=..., ~y=....

What do you others think?

Version: v0.10.0
To reproduce, go to settings and add more than categories at the same time below any category.
When you assign the name for one of the new, the other get the same name.
If you go to the second and try to change the name, the first one gets the second name.

What version of Knative?

1.0 (probably all since multi-container adoption). This affects init containers too.

Expected Behavior

Webhook ksvc validation should reject duplicate container names. K8s api valdiation logic dictates so.

Actual Behavio

When opening the bottom menu, the background dim effect appear too late. It appears when the menu is fully open instead of when the menu starts to open. This makes the background flash when swiping down the menu then up again. It also allows users to click on the menu, then quickly click on a feature on the map to open both the feature information page and the menu.
