Investigate incorrect anchors

I'm not sure how #2328 "slipped through the net", so investigate it further and possibly add a script to check that there are no other incorrect anchors.

Another occurrence of this in #2335 so we definitely need a way of automatically finding these. (and once it's working, it probably makes sense to add it to the CI checks too.)

Well you can either submit PRs, or you can just wait for me to write this "anchor checking script" next week, which should find them all automatically. 🙂
But feel free to make a list of them in this issue, which I can use to make sure that the "anchor checking script" is working correctly.

That's because it's the second time that the raspberry-pi-3-model-b ID appears on the page, so various parts of the build-process (I can't remember where off the top of my head) add a -2 suffix to ensure that all IDs on a page remain unique.
