As an intermediate step towards #1015, and various parts thereof, would it be possible to ignore the syntax for features not currently supported, yet use the parts which are supported in trades?

Abstract

Add support in Rotki for FTX.us exchange data.

Motivation

FTX.us's data API seems to be identical to FTX.com's, and there do not appear to be plans anytime soon to merge US trading into FTX.com.

For Rotki to be feature-complete for US-based customers, it makes sense to add support given the low amount of effort needed.
