I'm opening this issue prepared to be declared blind and pointed at the relevant bit of documentation, but I've looked far and wide, and it's definitely not in this repo, not in a form that a grep can find.

The three copy actions in HexEditor does not work as expected. Additionally, trying to use any of the actions when no file is open causes an assertion failure.

I'm happy to announce that I'll be writing the second edition of Data Science at the Command Line (O'Reilly, 2014).
