Using the Windows installer version, I'm very surprised the app automatically creates itself as a startup and provides no option to prevent it. Of course I can disable it in my Windows startups but there must be an in-app option to not start automatically with Windows.

Hello, first of all thank you for your bot your work is very useful and complete.
I would like to know if it is possible to add a "pause" command to the bot allowing to pause it in a study session. This would allow to pause without totally stopping the work and thus give a more honest feedback on the work because the user would tend to pause if he has to go away momentarily.
Thanks
