Not a priority for us, but this might be neat to add:
https://github.com/zalandoresearch/fashion-mnist

The main thing is that it's a drop-in replacement (same data format) as MNIST/EMNIST, so it should be quick/easy to add.

Hi Alex, I am an open source enthusiast who contributes in java, also a previous Google Summer Of Code Student under RedHat, I want to contribute to the project but I can see that good first issues are outdated, can you help me?
