User should be able to choose which scanner they want to run at each scan in the CLI. We should provide a way to skip one or more scanners. A disable flag could help on that.
Example
$ phoneinfoga scan -n <number> -D ovh
$ phoneinfoga scan -n <number> --disable googlesearch
$ phoneinfoga scan -n <number> -D ovh -D googlesearch

Describe the bug
While attempting to download stories with an account which does not follow a particular user, I don't get an error message if I use the --no-posts flag.
To Reproduce
Type this command, with private_account_not_followed and your_account replaced with the appropriate accounts:
instaloader private_account_not_followed --login=your_account --no-posts --stories

I've been working on other open source projects that I'm about to release for you, so I haven't finished trape version 3.0.
