是否需要因為人數增加而增加食鹽之量?如果今天煮100人的菜時,如果食鹽只有5g,成品口味可能會太淡,而無法下嚥。

我感觉意义不大,一般百人甚至更多的情况都会分桌坐,每桌基本都在十人左右吧,而且一般菜品数量和人数相关,平均下来一道菜还不是几个人的量就够了 |

这道菜其它的原料是按照面向的人数计算的。考虑到它可以面向食堂大规模制作,这里食盐也改成可计算的更加合理。 感谢贡献! |
