If I add link data to cells, the time it takes to write the file seems to explode exponentially:

1000 rows: 75.151ms
10000 rows: 5.696s
20000 rows: 27.698s
30000 rows: 58.313s
50000 rows: cancelled because it took too long...

In comparison, generating cells without link data, takes only a fraction of the time:

1000 rows: 23.891ms
10000 rows: 66.103ms
20000 rows: 103

Many of the modal dialogue buttons are left-aligned, while it is standard that they should be right-aligned

The following dialogs have the buttons left-aligned:

Export->Custom tabular exporter
Export-> SQL Exporter
Undo/Redo-> Extract operation history
Undo/Redo->Apply Operation History
All->Edit all columns->Transform
All->Edit all columns->Trim leading and trailing whitespace
All->Ed

In my opinion, it would be nice to have an option/flag to allow users to turn off line numbers. I am used to launch Altair with in not full-screen mode and have 3 columns: request, result and docs. Line numbers generally is useless and occupy valuable horizontal space.
