With the removal of get_video_info we currently don't have a way to resolve age-restricted videos anymore.

Steps to reproduce

// Arrange
var youtube = new YoutubeClient();

// Act
var manifest = await youtube.Videos.Streams.GetManifestAsync("SkRSXFQerZs");

manifest.Streams.Should().NotBeEmpty();

Can we add some way of determining the height/width of the output for IConsole. Similar to Console.WindowHeight and Console.WindowWidth? I've got a console app that needs to know how wide the window is that it is writing to.

Since this is abstracted, maybe we can either return null or NotImplementedException for implementations that don't support it? I don't have particularly strong f

I would find it useful to be able to hide the text of a RibbonPanel, to have a new property like .HideText or .ShowText, reducing the height of the panel. Or even that the text-area disappears when text is set to empty.

Do Not wrap the crappy default Folder browser..
Revamp the file-Save and make it work as a folder browser..
