We're currently using centered
CircularProgressIndicators whenever loading some data. For a nicer look, we could use a skeleton loader instead (e.g. skeleton_loader).This isn't difficult to do so I'm marking it as a good first issue, as it's a good way to get familiar with building UI with flutter as well as the different components of the app. It
