Since we also expose the Skia-bindings for a Canvas-like API I think it might be a good idea to start refactoring the API to utilise more named arguments e.g. ~x=..., ~y=....

What do you others think?

Version: v0.10.0
To reproduce, go to settings and add more than categories at the same time below any category.
When you assign the name for one of the new, the other get the same name.
If you go to the second and try to change the name, the first one gets the second name.

What version of Knative?

Expected Behavior

When creating a Revision with a pod which exits immediately, the Revision should (fairly quickly) report that Ready is False and terminate the Pods.

Actual Behavior

The pods stick around

The inspector sidebar should fill the available window height.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a project
2. Notice that the inspector sidebar is below toolbar and does not fill the available window height

Expected behavior
The inspector sidebar should include the toolbar to fill the available window height.

Open a link when some other dialog is already open. A proper fix should obviously close any active dialog (but do not break active navigation or building a route).
