Really enjoyed
#SREcon as my first conference since Kubernetes scheduled me to run on the home node, 2 years ago. Really enjoyed the talks and meeting engineers in person and hearing what they do best. -

It’s been a great
#SREcon! Heading to home to finish out the day remotely, but I’m glad I was able to talk to so many awesome folks. Hopefully I can avoid injuring myself before the next one

No one is surprised that the Disney servers were named after Grumpy, Sleepy, and Bashful. Guess which one had latency problems?

The tendency is to want to show leadership like a ships captain or something, but
@fiftyvolts likes to think of it more like a gardener, your goal is to create the right environment for your team to grow the way it was always supposed to [!!!]@fiftyvolts#SREconShow this thread -
Q: Who do you invite to the meetings? A: Everyone involved in that system in engineering across the board, former engineers on that project. Mgmt as optional. Might have an external facilitator to the team.
