dl is terrible function name for downloading files scoop that can leak into profile alias

The README recommends adding ~/.jsvu to the $PATH. If you look at its contents, however:

▲  ~/ ls ~/.jsvu
.               ..              engines         status.json     v8

you'll see that I get the v8 binary (good!), but also I'm exposing status.json and engines to my $PATH

zsh: permission denied: engines
▲  ~/ status.json

A clear and concise description of what happend.

There are some ipvs policies created by kube-proxy during cluster creation, But these ipvs policies still exist after I deleting the whole cluster created by kubekey.
