I think the lines in the following documentation are somehow not in correct order. Maybe chunks were added between multi line statements. Especially import_str: is broken.

The way it is now:
If collecting commit data fails due to a git checkout error (e.g. permissions error on the repo directory, missing git executable, etc.), the Repo nevertheless gets marked as "Update" and no attempt is made to ever check out the repo again.

User story
As a user, I quickly want to connect my Snowflake data warehouse with Kuwala to start applying transformations. I only want to put in my credentials and establish the connection.
