Add "go back" button to course introduction pages

so that there's a way to go back to the main page of the same course. There's already a button that starts practicing the skill, so this button will be added in addition to that.

Missing Media when create bulk cards (ca. 150 cards)

NOTE: Do you have the last version of the plugin? If not that's probably the problem

Describe the bug
I have a note with ca. 150 cards, most of them have image front and back, when I create flashcard, the image was not copied to Anki, this led to empty card on Anki app.

  • Steps to reproduce the behavior:
  1. Create a note in obsidian
  2. Add a lot of image content
