bootiso by deault fetches SYSLINUX online if major version of local version is different than the one used in an image.
I find it it a nice feature that bootiso can fetch an alternate bootloader - but find it problematic that it is done by default.
Please consider flipping around the logic to operate offline by default.
We must check usb capacity and if lower than iso, we must show error message.

Recently WoeUSB supports customization of the revision of UEFI:NTFS partition image used to create the NTFS support partition under UEFI booting, this creates a problem where when the image size is different than the size hardcoded in the WoeUSB code the partition will error upon creation(#81).
