- Clipboard operations (command-c, command-v) do not seem to be reliably sent

- iPad: keyboard accessory needs to be larger, it is too small right now.
- Implement auto repeat for macOS as well
- iOS Selection issue.
- iOS: context menu is pointing *inside* the text, should point outside the text
