    Been a happy user for years and recommend it frequently but discovered today that all of the direct links to images I’ve used in posts over the years are now dead and I have to manually search for and update them 😓 Won’t be recommending anymore.

    . I’ve been waiting 3.5 weeks for a box to return a TV for repair. Your initial support was fairy prompt and said we would receive a box in 2-4 business days. We waited 10 business days before emailing again and since then I’ve sent 4 emails with no reply. What to do?
