Only the host is able to pick up the gray suit (and probably the brown one as well). Other players are able to see it, but the item will vanish if they attempt to pick it up.

Is probably caused by SpawnQuestItem() not syncing the item with the client, this also affects the Torn Notes and most single player quests. The solution should be similar to what was done in https://github.com/diasurgical

I'd like to be able to change the street names, and/or add streets.

Version 1.6.7 has two CVEs related to the dependencies github.com/gin-gonic/gin v1.7.2 (vulnerability) and gopkg.in/yaml.v2 v2.2.2 (vulnerability) that could be fixed by bumping the dependencies to the latest version.

It doesn’t seem to have it on iOS 14 IPad 5

In the README file the link points to the file ocp-injected-certs.yaml but the filename is ocp-injected-certs.yml (the extension name is different). I could suggest the PR for changing the README.md but since all the files have the four-letter extension, I think it makes more sense to rename the targeted file.
