Running a simple script like:

#!/bin/bash
echo a

through shfmt -mn yields:

echo a

The shebang is stripped out (like a comment) which isn't ideal.

Thanks for the otherwise great library!

I'd like a line break in the help text produced from <summary> docs.

It seems that line breaks are ignored (understandably). Adding <para> elements doesn't help (in fact, it removed whitespace between paragraphs).

Perhaps a separate issue, but it'd be nice to use the <summary> section for the brief description, and the <remarks> section for more detailed information.

Describe the bug
Distrobox shell does not start on specified home directory.

To Reproduce

distrobox create -n arch -i archlinux -H ~/pods/arch
distrobox enter arch

The shell will start in host's ~ directory.

Expected behavior
The shell should start in host's ~/pods/arch directory.
