Matrix about appium versions/supported os versions #12913

The problem

We address minimal support versions in each driver documentation. New supported versions are only on changelog.

Users would like to know the latest beta version works in which version, for example.
If we could maintain such a matrix, it should be worth for them.

I'm down to help with this. I'm assuming you mean like, you need Appium 1.15.0 and xCode 11+ for iOS 13+, is that correct?

I think it takes a lot of time to do this for all versions of appium, os, etc. If people can write what what worked for them, over time we can have good number of data for the matrix/table.
