Description
Allow custom fret labels (attached to instrument, player, or tuning) to allow other instruments that don't just use numbered frets/positions.

For example, shamisen players have the following:
0 -> 0
1 -> 1
2 -> 2
3 -> 3
4 -> #
5 -> 4
6 -> 5
7 -> 6
8 -> 7
9 -> 8
10 -> 9
11 -> 1b
12 -> 10
13 -> 11
14 -> 12
15 -> 13
16 -> 1#
17 -> 14
18 -> 15
19 -> 16
20 -> 1

Use something like Boost filesystem's temp_directory_path() instead of creating a temporary directory within the path suggested by SDL for this app's persistent files. Suggested by Opna
