Another image loading library to add to our collection. This one seems relatively small and quite specific, which makes it a very beginner friendly project if anybody wants to have a go at writing a plugin :)

It seems like a slight pain to do this, but it might be useful to have a GitHub action generate HTML GoDoc on PRs / code pushes, so that reviewers can easily preview what the GoDoc will look like.
