sentry-client

SENTRY_LOG_LEVEL= is used by the CLI to give more information on issues and it's needed to diagnosing some issues.
Set the env var before invoking sentry-cli

For context: getsentry/sentry-unity#553

For easy of use a simple admin settings page would make configuration even easier.

Not urgent at all but still nice to have :)
