Create new image carousel component for homepage, with clearer images and better design. It should have 3-4 images, linking to different parts of the website. Images cannot be copied from any other source, and have to be designed by you. First image has to be the Women in Tech logo and all images in the carousel should be of same size.

With webpack support enabled by #94 we can now make our browser JavaScript better.

Please move all fetch calls currently in main.js into a new file called api-client.js.

That way we can consolidate all error handling and if the API call returns a 401 we will need to prompt the user to log back in.

Describe the bug
When I refresh the page, I lose my position in the paginated results

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://speakher.jp/ and scroll down to the list of speakers
2. Click the pagination arrows to go to results 51-100
3. Refresh the browser page
4. Notice you are on results 1-50!

Expected behavior
Remain on 51-100
