Bug summary

When the build gets to https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/blob/main/src/_tkagg.cpp#L262-L273 on Cygwin, the build fails with a few goto crosses initialization warnings, which are easy to fix (closed by #23051), and two error: ‘PyErr_SetFromWindowsErr’ was not declared in this scope, which are less easy to fix.

Expected Behavior

The default window makes the "untitled" text overflow when there is plenty of room for it. The title should ge readable when there's room.

Where are the theme files located? I can't find them in /usr/share/themes

to bring up a font requester dialog and interactively pick your font. Screenshot:

Could GNvim implement that font requester option for set guifont=*?
