Adjust ScrollIntoView on tab key event?

I am using smooth-scrollbar to create a horizontal scrollbar. The design I'm working with includes a fixed menu bar on the left side of the page, about 90px wide. Everything is working beautifully except for one little issue.

If I use the tab key to navigate through the page, everything generally works as expected - the scrollbar position updates if need be and scrolls the newly focused elemen

Hamburger menu dark mode background not changing.

Describe the bug
The Hamburger menu background doesn't change when in dark mode yet the text color does change making reading the links an impossible task. I've tested on multiple browsers and the same issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Hamburger Menu in DarkMode
  2. Click on it
  3. Scroll down to look at the open nav menu from hamburger
  4. See White Box
