Since we also expose the Skia-bindings for a Canvas-like API I think it might be a good idea to start refactoring the API to utilise more named arguments e.g. ~x=..., ~y=....

When you go to any page in the Settings, there is an X that appears in the upper righthand corner. You can click that to exit this view, but it's not focusable at all when navigating with a keyboard.

Describe the bug
The TwoPaneView sets up m_windowSizeChangedRevoker, m_pane1LoadedRevoker and m_pane2LoadedRevoker but it seems they are never revoked. Am I missing something and is it intentional or is it a oversight?

My menubar is full. Even with "menubar mode" turned off it still appears up there. It should not force an icon up there.
