Very simple issue. When you start up HNN two windows appear ('param' and 'model schematics'), plus a little dialogue box that says 'Welcome to HNN! Default parameter file loaded. Press 'Run simulation' to display simulation output.' with a little 'run' button on it.

A command-line tool that let's you change gamma in GNOME and Cinnamon (with Wayland). You can also adjust contrast and brightness. It works by creating a color profile with the VCGT table, so that changes are persistent and don't interfere with other settings like night light. Tested with GNOME 41 (it only works in GNOME, it won't work with other Wayland compositors)
