Brief feature description

Since we have some CMake code to maintain, it make sense to enforce on this code also code quality rules like we do with the C++ code.

A possible tool-framework could be cmakelang which offers tooling for formatting and linting CMake Code properly.
Other suggestions are always welcome.

Consider the following:

void meth(Closure closure) {
  closure.|
}

When invoking content assist (Ctrl+Space) at |, the methods and properties of groovy.lang.Closure are very low in the list of proposals. This is due to very-well-known type adjustments made within org.codehaus.groovy.eclipse.codeassist.proposals.AbstractGroovyProposal.getRelevanceClass().
