media-library:regenerate doesn't seem to respect --starting-from-id

If I run artisan media-library:regenerate "App\Models\ApplicantDocument" --starting-from-id=1070 for example

It starts at ID 1 (showing 6 because I wasn't fast enough to take a screenshot).

I have an podcast with episode uploaded to Mixcloud. I also have my music uploaded to Soundcloud. I'd like to see Mixcloud and Soundcloud added as providers with Vime.js

I have set GLOBAL_LOGIN_REQUIRED to TRUE and after that, every request to the API gets a redirect to the login page as response:
