chore(dev-deps): bump storybook dependencies to 6.5.9

Bumping storybook dependencies to resolve vulnerabilities.

• emotion-theming was dropped from the dependency list of @storybook/theming in v6.5.0. We are using the ThemeProvider directly from emotion-theming. See: https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/blob/83c49393cd7aebd635cf9f5a3ad562dc194fff27/docs-ui/storybook/preview.tsx#L13
  • I've added it as a dependency, but I'm not certain this is what we actually want. Looks like we had a workaround in place that we might be able to remove now? See https://github.com/getsentry/sentry/blob/dd9139976809eff81dd98d399e683d508547c1d5/docs-ui/storybook/main.ts#L45
