Let's support at least reading "b3" header from a single string, most commonly traceid-spanid-1
It would also be nice to support optionally writing this, especially in message providers or others with constrained environments.

Hey,

I see awesome MySQL preset but at case in my company there are still missing some features. We need three things:

• Run in root mode.
• Don't choose database at start because we have multiple db's in single MySQL instance.
• Mount Docker volumes. We use internal cache for seeds and it's saved in Docker volume.

建议BaseRepository 里增加返回 IQueryable 的Get / GetAsync 的方法
有了之后就可以在service 里面进行拼接LINQ 用于获取到ViewModel中关联其他类的数据

Steps to reproduce:

1. I have about 5 millions of items in Redis.
2. Call cache.clear() without arguments.

As a temporary workaround I had to call redis-cli FLUSHALL from terminal.
