@noah-weingarden and @awdeorio have a use-case where one of the tutorials associated with a project is available on an external website.
It would be nice to allow external links in the Sitemap.
A long term project for creation of a primer for statistical methods; prerequisite to Machine Learning.

Problem
PVC consumers don't know which arguments are required and have to rely on runtime errors to get this information.
Proposed solution
Document what arguments are required in a new column on the Arguments table of the documentation of each component.
