No FoP in copyright-related reasons for deletion (the second question). This is one of the most common reason for deletion, it should be in the list. Proposed message: "There is no freedom of panorama in the country where this picture was taken, so some installations (even permanently displayed in public spaces) can not be freely photographed and shared."

Instead of just one static list of wallpapers, it would be cool to make it so that anyone can define their own list of wallpapers as a subpage of their userpage if they want to. It would be a pretty simple fix – adding the settings, and then make ImageListURL a settings parameter instead. It should probably have some checks to see if the page the user enters actually exists, though.

When there is no javascript on the page, have the details button actually link to a new page specifically about that flag. For the start, it can simply include everything in the citation (just do a manual filtering of the json data file).

1. Be linked to in the citation disclosure on the search page
2. Contain extra information that's too long for the citation
