Description:

Provide option to keep some segment and provide a submit button below each segment as I don't want to upload the first segment. As I want the first segment but not sure about the consensus and correctness about the first segment.

[Feature Request] Add "cache-control" http header on DoH server

This http header is currently not implemented in Blocky DoH server.

Some famous DoH servers like those:

They do return cache-control http header like the example mentioned in [RFC 8484 (DNS Queries over HTTPS (DoH))](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/
