[Feature Request] Add flag to always reupload media to Discord

Currently QTweet will re-upload media from tweets containing videos or more than one image. My request is to add a flag to force QTweet to reupload all media to Discord. QTweet is a great tool for archiving accounts, but currently when a tweet only has a single image it relies on Twitter's CDN to fetch the image and show it in the embed.
