There is very old trackviewer written in coffee script. It might still work since the track format is still the same but would be great if it was integrated into Maven and was part of the regular project somehow.

This might a good issue for anyone wanting to start contributing to this project.

Describe the bug

• Make a test applet
• Add console.log() to the search function
• Use the left and right keys to observe all the logs to the window

The problem here is namely that web services called risk being spammed. Can add a cacher for this but in the applet, but would be useful if we could bypass the need for caching when the caret is only moving left and right.
