Time-series Bar Chart v2 does not update total values for stacked bar chart when toggling legends.
How to reproduce the bug
- Create a "Time-series Bar Chart v2"
- Go to "Customize" and select "Show value", "Stack series" and "Only total"
- Toggle series in legends
- The total value should update but it doesn't
The legacy Time-series Bar Chart does not have this issue.

My suggestion/request is simple. When filtering the data, sometimes one needs to use the edge values of the data distribution in the filter histogram.
For example, one wants to choose the data of an hourly distribution (from 0:00 to 24:00) for the time between 22:00 and 6:00 in the nighttime and discard the data from 6:00 till 22:00 during the daytime.

Describe the bug
Flag can not create an appropriate CSV file when the interface have a textbox / text which includes a comma .
The CSV file columns are incorrectly created assuming the comma in the text box is a separator.

Currently, in provisioning, we always update structs if they already exist. This introduces some load to the database. In the future, we would like to have a function that compares the internal state with the external state.
