We should apply sorting to the list of installed apps in the App Center (we "randomize" the discovery page to make it a bit more "fun"):

1. Upgrades available ahead of up to date apps
2. Alphabetical

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md needs to be translated to multiple languages. Luckily, those are available to use here:

Create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file for each of these and then put them in the docs folder under the appropriate language.

Move the current CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to /docs/en/ and change any links/references to it in other docs.
