I have been the core maintainer of fp-ts since 2017.

Maintaining such a big project does not only mean coding, I spend a considerable amount of my online time helping fp-ts's community and ensuring that everyone finds a welcoming environment.
My aim is to make it easy for everyone to start doing functional programming.
I also manage releases and answer questions in our Discord channel.

My projects are already used in production by a variety of companies and I would like to guarantee them more safety over the long term.
