Refreshable http(s) sources should work for redirect URLs #1243
Description
Issue
I would like to be able to connect to published csv links generated from google sheets and other sources that use redirects for the download to occur.
Importance
Handing 300 redirect errors improves the utility of http(s) sources by making more public data links accessible. Google Sheets are very popular in businesses to communicate and update data points, however interactive insights are difficult to create.
Definition of Done
Rill should handle redirects when ingesting http(s) sources. We need to check for redirects until we stop getting 3** responses.
