Can we get Filer and FeatherPad to use polkit-dumb-agent so that it asks for the root password whenever it is needed?

Add "Hardware Probe" button in About screen. It should execute the command launch 'Hardware Probe'.

The question is: How can we get the window for m_fakeWidget (or another window) displayed behind the real menu window, but in a way that its drop shadow gets rendered by KWin.

Volume: Menu does not reflect changes made outside of the menu, for example when using the newly working volume keys on the keyboard. We would probably need to do some polling while the menu is open?

Backport window minimize/unminimize animation from cyber-dock:
Command line tool to launch applications, will search for .app bundles and .AppDir directories in various directories, and will show launch errors in the GUI
