What does this PR do ?
removes functionality to insert virtual tokens arbitrarily which makes code complex and has no performance benefit. This PR removes this ability and simple adds virtual tokens in the start.
Makes P-tuning for RETRO models easier.
Removes taskname_ids from dataset creation.
