- rename `Conf` -> `Config` - comment out unused code - rearrange code so it is easy to see how to swap comments - autoformat

This rewrites the debug queries for seeing (possibly) paths connected to inline taint- and data flow tests.
There is more work to be done, rewriting the inline tests to use the new api, but this is an obvious start.
