ok, when i log onto my computer, xp starts and i see my desktop. the only thing i see is my background. no tool bar at the bottom or anything. no icons. no start menu. not even hitting the windows
Desktop icons are in blue on start up
On start-up my Windows XP Desktop screen icons are in blue and I have to open Dispaly Properties and click on settings to change color quality from low (8 bit) to highest (32 bit). This will be ok
